my question:
will it be possible to add a +rep button to forum posts like on Dayzmod.com
also want to do the "you can have my beans" thing. Doesn't need to be exactly the same, more or less will do

Yep, thats a changeable setting.
Either in the reputation settings, or the show thread settings.

yeah there is no such setting.

please understand what i want, my reputation is enabled, its a small button at bottom next to quote etc. i want it on the post itself or on the side below "posts"(number of posts by user) like on dayz forum. want to use a custom image.

is that possible

If you mean this:

Then yea, right click it on your site "Open Image in New Tab" and look at the path, then replace that with your custom made image.
