Is there a way to ban the IP address or address range from the forums instead of the ACP?

I seem to quite often have to go over to ACP, start new tab, ban IP, etc. which takes a lot a time for each spammer. It would be nice to have a button to "show and ban IP" from the forum for admin. I would be looking for ban IP and not ban username as a couple of spammers had made multiple accounts to spam with the same IP range.

Is there something like this that i am not aware of? I have checked the plugins, but i do not see anything related.

I have seen this:

but this seems to be user and not IP

You might be interested in the Goodbye Spammer plugin which removes all traces of a spammer from your forum and optionally bans the IP address of the spammer too.
