I was looking at chaning the postbit_quote. With the theme changed, it must of changed the style of quotes, which i do not like. They are currently a line above and below the quote, and thats it. I like the default look, where it is in a box. I went to the postbit_quote to adjust the html, but i do not see the configuration in which to change to make it a box?

postbit_quote template is for the Reply button on each postbit. If what you mean by the quote is the quoted messages, you can edit the properties of your blockquote selector in your global.css.
