What engine are you using? MyISAM or InnoDB? Do you have a backup? If the repair command is failing, you likely won't get your data back. Is it giving any error messages?

ya i have backups.but in backups also same error. everytime when i go to take backup it shows same message..

If you're using the defaults that come with MyBB, then it's MyISAM. When you run "repair table mybb_posts", what exactly is the output it goes? Make a screenshot please.
