please help me where and how to upload plugins?

You need to upload the files inside the plugin into your forum root. You can do this via cPanel file manager or via an FTP account, then visit AdminCP -> Configuration -> Plugins
You will then see a list of all plugins on your board. Find the one you wish to activate and click "Activate" or "Install & Activate".
almost done but still getting few errors

after downloading plugins i extracted and 've uploaded filename.php only.. thats the problem or what, koz few plugins got installed but not working
Please make sure you're uploading the contents of the plugin file (for example, with the Google SEO plugin, please make sure you're uploading the 'inc' (inside 'Google-SEO-1.6.3') directory to your forum root as
