Hi,

I was trying to delete just one forum but ended up deleting them all. Is there any way I can get them back?

If you had a DB backup you could restore it, but that wouldn't be through the Admin CP, would it?

you can make DB backups through the ACP, but I would recommend that you create full site backups via your hosts control panel.
