Yes you can two ways you can do this:
Quick and slightly bad way:
Just add the text directly to the [member_register_agreement] template.
Better way :
Go to your ACP > configuration > language > member.lang.php >
And search for:
agreement
There you will find all the agreement text.
u can use html but when i use <br> my member.php broke.
