Hello, on my site i have a admin cp at the bottom of my screen, is there a code i can enter to put one at the top too? Thanks.

Chefvillecentral.com, the admin cfp, moderator cp bar, and the login bar only shows upp at timesat the bottom, then dissapears ocmplelty

Is it the theme you are using, try using a different theme.
