it should changed to
Plugins & Code Modifications
and in post will autoremake to

[url=http://community.mybb.com/forum-73.html]Plugins & Code Modifications[/url]

But if link not for my site than should be just link

Can you elaborate on what you want? I did not understand anything
EDIT: oh sorry, took a closer look at what you wrote now
Guess it would be possible to grab the title of the thread from the db using the link
And since external links won't be in the db, there won't be any effect
