I am currently trying to update my site from version 1.6.2 to version 1.6.8.
However, in the instructions given
Here, it doesn't say where exactly to upload the files to. I have downloaded the files that I need, but can't find where to update them.
Please help.

To upgrade, please overwrite your current files (where version 1.6.2 is installed) with the files from version 1.6.8. After that, please navigate to
http://yoursite.com/install and click "Upgrade".
How do I overwrite the files though?
Are you using an FTP client or cPanel file manager? You should just need to re-upload the files to where your current files are. It'll generally ask you if you want to overwrite the files or not.
IM using cPanel and I have absolutely no idea how to do any of this yet. XD

If you choose to use filemanager, upload the .zip archive and extract it to your forum location. If you're unsure of how to do this, feel free to post your cPanel login details in the
private inquiries forum where only staff will be able to see them and I'll upgrade it for you.

okay, ive uploaded them to the filemanager. Now where am I supposed to put them? It still says that I'm running off of 1.6.2
