So is their any fixes for this problem?

That did not fix ether of them but added like 500 forum jumps

I did read your reply. Vernier's fix cannot add 500 forum jumps to your forum.
I do not see your ACP details etc in Private Inquiries. Do you still want help with this?
I have the same problem, a user can't delete or edit posts, only I can as admin to edit posts or delete them. Did anybody find any help with this error?

All users except admins.
Then you probably have the group permissions set that way?
