I seem to have this issue that when i quick edit or full edit - copy and paste content from another place, adding a 4th link in the post

The below error occur.

Quick Edit -

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /xmlhttp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Full edit -

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /editpost.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

editpost.php file permission is 0644

I have this same problem, fresh install of the latest version (.10)

run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section to find corrupt / missing files.
if you find that xmlhttp.php file is missing then first check if it exists at the files server.
if xmlhttp.php exists then check CHMOD setting of it - should be 0644
if xmlhttp.php is missing / corrupt then replace it from MyBB files package
