i want to just asking few question

1-all of you know a forum tab manger plugin that allow you to add tabs for your forums
when i create a tab its link will be like that myforum.com/index.php?tab=2
is there anyway to make it myforum.com/tab=[tab-name] without numbers

2-how can i add new tags to my new thread page
like there is bold icon when i click on it
its display bold tag
i just want to add new tag icon how?

3-i want to make my forum link like that myforum.com/[forum-name]
i know there is something name google seo but i dont like it
and i pretty sure there is another way to make that
and i want for my post myforum.com/[forum-name]/[thread-name]
if some one post a thread title [hello] when some one else type hello its blocked him cuz its will be same

4-is there anyway to make the thread titles with colors and i want only me and my admin and vip can post with color

5-about page manger plugin is there anyway to add page with myforum header and footer and the link will be like myforum.com/[page-title]
cuz i hate myforum.com/index.php?=music=[page-name] something like that i will be very thankful if some one could help me
