Is there any way I can show the latest threads made in the forum, in that sidebar?

You need to install the plugin lastest threads on index and then adapt it

Yeah, That I know.. But I want something without plugins.. Like its an inbuilt feature for portal.. so why not in index? There must be some code do to this.. right?

I don't have a chance to experiment/test right now, but couldn't you use a variable to display the threads/posts on the sidebar? Isn't it {$threadlist}?

Yes, I already tried adding that. And its not working...

I guess it's not global...
I did find this, should be an easy addition and it was written by a MyBB Developer.
