I did check them everything is correct I am honestly really lost now. LOL

Just use Cpanel. Before I really figured out FTP it was always easier. In cpanel go to File Manager, and navigate to your Mybb install.

You can't, by the looks of it. cPanel comes with your hosting account, or, if you own your own server, you need to install it yourself. Try going to this link and entering your FTP information:

ftp://enchantedroses.com/

(Your site seems to be rather slow, so I can't verify that link. It should work though)

Some one else is hosting the site, so in other words they have to upgrade
