Well I have transfered my website from hostgator to another hosting, and changed mysqli from config.php to mysql.. (was getting an error). After doing that I just found out that there were some character problems on index like you can see ;

That's only happens when there is a turkish character (ö, ı, ğ, ş, ü, ç) before the dots (...)
It's really something weird.. when I open the thread, there is no problem with the text.

Still need help with this problem.
The problem is solved. mbstring was not installed on the server.
That's only happens when there is a turkish character (ö, ı, ğ, ş, ü, ç) before the dots (...)
