Hi,

I am getting this weird problem when I go into my user cp then into options. I get chucked a 500 internal server error.

Then these weird files that consume a massive amount of disk space appear! I had 4 before

Can anyone point me to whats going wrong or a fix please?

Can you check the Server Error Log and see what is making the error 500?

Doesnt appear to make any sense here

Try CHMOD usercp.php to 644.

Done still no luck

I had the same problem, only in options. It turns out the templates I imported from 1.1.8 were causing it. Did you use any themes from 1.1.8? Be sure to go back, erase them, and re-import them WITHOUT using their templates.

Edited: Thanks kujila. I just deleted a old theme I had it boom it worked!
