when i use the php tag on my forum it makes the post width way over the edge, i was wondering if you could tell me how to fix it, it isnt a css problem i dont think because i removed all the css for it but it still did it, im thinking it could be the file that makes the colors of the php but i cant find it thanks
It's intentional as otherwise it breaks the formatting of the code. If someone was to try to copy and paste a piece of code with line breaks in it, it wouldn't validate.

It means it's functioning as it should. If you break the formatting of PHP code, it may not execute, leaving the user with useless code.
