Okay so i need to do the update/upgrade for mybb and I cant figure out how...can some one help me please, i have the new one downloaded
but now i am totally lost

Okay it says it is locked, i found the file do i just delete it or what do i do with it

okay now i going to the drop down and its not listing 1.6.3 which is what my admin cp is telling me i am running on
