Your global.lang.php starts with ef bb bf (UTF-8 Byte Order Mark), which causes PHP to send it along with page headers to the client. This happens when you edit PHP files with Microsoft notepad. It breaks files.
Edit with an alternative editor like Notepad++, select codec UTF-8 without Byte-Order-Mark, save, upload.
