does mybb keep statistics in /admin/index.php?module=tools-statistics forever or just the last two years or so?
Can I make it only keep only the last year?

By using this type statstics you confine that how much your site progressive till you had made it......then why you want it.....

You can prune the stats can't you?

No, you can't. You can only prune logs.

You can delete old rows in the TABLE_PREFIX_stats table via PHPMyAdmin
