Never come across this before so have no idea what they are or how to remove them?

Try removing all the 'border-radius' declarations from ".tborder" in global.css.

Done.

Just one more thing! See picture, it's similiar to the first topic you replied to.

Changing them colours to yellow also, what template is it and what do i change the code to?

There is no "table" declaration on your theme.
Try changing this:

body {background: #2c2c2c url(../../../images/glowing/bg.png) repeat-x; color: #2c2c2c;
