This may sound like a really dumb question.. but where is the upgrade? lol  I read and reread the announcement and only see the patch.  It says to only use the patch if you can't automatically update.  Help!

Mybb wants you to basically upload all the 1.2 files except images, inc/settings.php and inc/config.php. A member had made an upgrade only package but I am not sure it wasn't deleted.

That is the reccommended method, the changed files posted is not official and might not have the latest files.
