Has MyBB Got a system where Admin can put on evens and members can have a wee bet on the event and use credits to put on and try and win, and they have to make posts to earn credits .

Pointless. As there would be no use for the credits on a stock system and people would leave. Will require far too much setup. As techie said, it's best left as a plugin.
Mybbcentral has one I think.
