Try to put the header ads below the logo as the current one is disturbing the style of your forum.
Everything else is good.
I love the subject, Roll Tide! Murtada is right, the ad looks out of place and ruins the look of the theme, which looks great.
I agree with the 2 previous, the top ad looks out of place, putting it under the header is probably the better location.

You should give credit for the Apart theme series you obviously used as a base.
You can see how I did it on my forum - you can do something similar - just a small line in the footer is not too much to ask.
