I was working on my Forum for about 4 hours today, I just don't see it anymore. Can anyone please tell me which button is missing in my files.

I found out what was wrong here.

In this mod, two files have a wrong name: http://mods.mybb.com/view/dark-grey-default-button-set

posbit_multiquote.gif --> postbit_multiquote.gif
posbit_multiquote_on.gif --> postbit_multiquote_on.gif

Can anyone please change this, I took me ages to find out where the worm was

Just rename the files that are wrong and upload them again.
