I was creating a plugin which sends an email notification once a post unapproves, but there was no hook in unapprove_posts() function in ./inc/class_moderation.php so I've to add it manually. It would be nice to see hook there in later versions.

/moved to 1.8 suggestions as unapprove_posts() won't be in 2.0 Wink
