Is there a way to do this?

I want regular members to be able to have only Text only signatures. No images.

but it removes the Signature option completely for regular members.

Board Settings, User Registration and Profile Options, Allow [img] Code in Signatures -- set it to "No".

Yeah but I only want my Upgraded UserGroups to be able to use [img]

@Leefish that's exactly what I put in the OP. That disables the signature for the Regular User groups completely.

Oh I am sorry. I failed to see that. I don't get how it removes it completely though, I will look at the code.

Yeah in user cp it removes Regular Members signature completely. Idk why.

It seems that in the plugin it looks to see if a user in the usergroup - and if not then no sig options at all.

Yeah, there needs to be a new plugin rewritten.

Would be a popular plugin.
