Hello all, I'm trying to add the script from Browser-Upgrade.org to the headerinclde template, as to notify my users to upgrade to a better browser, if they're using IE8 or under as my forum contains some CSS3 elements that are not supported.

When testing with IE8, nothing happens.
Am i adding this correctly?
