You could maybe edit postbit_classic
or.. by editing the Username Style for groups.
This option allows you to set a custom username style for users who have this user group as their display group. Use {username} to represent the user's name.
Not tested either of these and not even 100% they'd work!

Edit the usergroup "Username Style", attach whatever HTML you want in there.
