Ok, try this.

go to the mods site and install this>> http://mods.mybb.com/view/apart-1

Make sure you upload the images folder to your FTP. Then you can use that as your theme. Any custom logo you have made will be gone as you have deleted the images.

Please upload the missing images to the folder images/black/
This should solve it.
