How do i change my help documents url from
http://mydomain.com/misc.php?action=help

to

http://mydomain.com/information/helpdocpage1,2,3,4, and so on?


Or is there a way to duplicate the help document system except with a different url?

You could use the Page manager plugin http://mods.mybb.com/view/page-manager
