Please next time make your own post mike! Anyways. I do know its possible with phpbb such as forumotion by doing:

        text-shadow: 0px 2px 6px #ff0000;
}

Showteam.php does not take additional usergroups into account. It does take display groups into account.

In order to change how this works,given the very small number of hooks, I think the easiest thing is to edit showteam.php directly.
