Well, I would like to start of saying how is everyone's day going?

On to the topic of discussion now, I was wondering how do use this maintenance page: http://themeforest.net/item/magnesium-re...te/2985297 and still have access to the forum (only members). Also, if you can tell me how to install this template, that would be even better.

My forum website: http://assistforums.com/

Help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
You could place that as the index page and then have it redirect to your forums (in offline mode). Then for registered users just make that usergroup be able to see the forums while the board is offline and there you go. Also new guests won't be able to register so make sure to be aware of that.
You could try my plugin: http://mods.mybb.com/view/custom-board-offline-page

You can choose which usergroups can still access your board once you've set it to closed while all the rest will be re-directed to your custom maintenance page. Smile

Thank you very much!

I am using this now.
