How to disable this , when any user , search for posts.

AdminCP -> Configuration -> Server and Optimization Options -> Friendly Redirection Pages -> Off

For everyone on your forum go to ACP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > off.
For you only go to Usercp > Edit Options > Show friendly redirect pages > uncheck it.
