the url is correct yet it is a blue background and not the proper one i refreshed it and everything and don't get what is going on...

I think this is something with your server. If you look in firebug then the url is incorrect, it is adding the website url twice.

Yes its load fine i think...

Sometimes it can just be your cache, does it to me sometimes. Just clear your cache and then reload the page should be alright.
