Hello there. I have a few questions about the PM system.

- If a user has their PMs restricted to friends only, is there a way that they can only send PMs only to their friends and not to any one else?
- Is there a way to take away the PM privileges from a single member?

To remove PM permissions all together (your second question), I recommend making a usergroup and assigning them to it. I have a "PM Restricted" group on my forum, for those who constantly send advertisements to other users.

You could also use the Custom User Permissions Plugin. This lets you have individual permissions on a per user basis.
