I have searchred all over and tried out a few plugins looking to add a welcome message box at the top of each page to GUESTS ONLY where I can put a message inside of the box welcoming them to the site and where to register, etc.

I have tried one particular plugin but the plugin does not allow html or bbcode.

I have also tried theis one where the settings once again do not show up in the config screen (I have been getting alot of plugins that are doing this for some reason)

The second link requires you to register and post to earn points to download plug-ins. However if you just post 5 posts, you'll have enough for the plugin.
