Currently you cannot assign a custom group of "moderators" to a specific forum(s). You can however add specific users to moderate certain forums. ACP -> Forum Management -> Manage Forums -> *Find your forum* -> 'Subforums / Moderators' -> 'New Moderator', and then fill out the form and click. Users under the 'super moderators' group will be able to moderate any forum unless otherwise specified in the forum permissions.

You can't make groups moderators of forums, you can only make individual users moderators of forums.

To do that go to: Admin CP > Forum Management > Manage Forums

Click "Subforums / Moderators" on the forum you wish to add a moderator too.

Click "New Moderator"

Type in the username of whoever you wish to make moderator of that forum.
