I Just got done Installing and Now When I go to my Url<Leakguides.asia> It Won't Load. Help?

I believe this is caused by a plugin.
Try to disable all your plugins and see if it works already.

I Tried. I get access to the Front Page of the Admin Panel then When I Click a tab, I can't Login to access it. I have the right pass and Username

It has nothing to do with plugins. If you read the error it states the file is missing.

OP, reupload ./inc/class_core.php from a fresh package. Either you haven't uploaded it correctly or it simply hasn't been uploaded.

I Did what You Said and I Still Have The Same Problem. Do You want to Watch me on Joinme? or Teamviewer?

It can be the fact you're using 000webhost. 000webhost does not seem to like MyBB very much. If you wish I suggest Valcato Hosting for a paid host. Cheap, fast, and really great support. Let me know if you're looking to go with them.
