Well i was using my Other Normal account i use on my site and
i noticed this code was on the page when i was on my CP

How do i make this go away as in Fixing it?,
And how did this happen? Thanks

Go to:
User Control Panel Templates > usercp_nav

Find that variable displayed and remove if it is not required.

or perhaps a plugin has failed ?

just find and delete that variable. Then install again that plugin.
