OK i need this fixed ASAP. Its very important and its on my hosting company.

OK so this is the issue.

MyBB has experienced an internal error and cannot continue.

Please help me. I have patched those files with the original files hoping it would work, i attmpted to do it that way even though they were original files.

Have you edited the registration agreement pages? Does this happen on the default theme?

No i have not edited the registration agreement.

yes it works on the default theme. I noticed that the registration agreement on the blue lust theme and is therefore not allowing the registration to continue.

so i learned... Its ok. I am going to be doing a new theme integration soon so this will work as the default theme for now.
