These are not plugins, these are Userbars and Button sets.

How to do this Please Reply

Those are used for "group images" + the style of buttons in your forum...

They require you to manually overwrite files (for buttons) and add the location of the group images in your images folder when creating or editing an existing group.

Upload them to the corresponding folders, then add the complete/correct path of these images in Usergroup's image path while editing a usergroup.

The button sets will automatically be replace if you upload them to your theme's english folder.
