well, can any budy tell me why rich text machine not work with mozilla fire fox latest browsers? is that any kind of bug in mybb 1.6.8 or mozilla firefox is not able to handle this plug-in?

Please read the support forum stickies for a fix. The reason the editor is not working is that Firefox changed something - so MyBB has had to change the editor.
