So I can't seem to click and drag my forum permissions, which this isn't too big of an issue since I can open up the full menu and do it that way. It's just time consuming and inconvenient. The biggest issue is that I'm trying to set up a new member view and cannot do so because it won't allow me to move the options.

I just tried uploading fresh admin files and fresh java-script files. Neither thing did anything beneficial.
