Hey it's me again, I read a couple of guides on CSS, Javascript, HTML pages, PHP and Mysql, now I wanted to write a plugin that displays a message in the window of the content selected by the administrator (same part) to display messages and use echo to write content but uses variable I do not know how to create the code for the ACP administrator and what is the function to display the place where the administrator can enter the content and do not know how to text entered enrolled in the variable. If someone who knows about this can help me I would ask for help and guidance.

-Display text
-Taking a new category in the plugin settings
-How to add a location where the administrator can write something
-How to get data into a variable entered by the administrator
-I could use some guidance yet
