Can someone make a plugin for the avatar, so mostly everything will be in the ACP, and when a user puts a avatar, it has to be approved by a admin or gmod, you pick which one, or both. So there avatar won't show up until a staff member approves it. There avatar can also be suspended or taken away for inapropate avatars.

Sounds rather useful, you can currently edit any user via ACP/ModCP and remove/change their avatar though.

But if you have a big forum and a big community and users who put up avatars, you don't want them to have users with bad or inappropriate avatars. So you approve them via ACP or Mod CP, you choose which one.
