How do I make one of my forums that only staff and person who made a thread to there? AND how do I make a forum just for one or two groups and others it's visible or is a plugin required?

AdminCP -> Forums & Posts -> The forum you want to only allow yourself and the thread poster to view -> permissions -> Whichever usergroup you want (i.e registered) -> Edit Permissions -> Can only view own threads?
