Just wondering, how much would it cost to buy a fully custom made theme?

Some info:

Want it to look like: http://www.audentio.com/shop/view/mybb/glowing-1 but blue themed, and also have a unique design. I just want it to look professional and sleek like Glowing. And not too many colors, want it to be complementary colors.

I don't want that exact theme, I can edit it myself.. but I want a theme that is professional like that but unique and blue themed.

What he showed in the screenshot was the ability to get glowing, as well as an hour of customization from us. This can include changing the color to blue. ^.^
