So how do I make a box thing above all threads on centain forum / sub-forum? This is what I want:



Is there a plugin for it or how can this be done? I covered things for my own reasons.

AdminCP -> Forums & Posts -> *Whichever forum you want to add forum rules to* -> Edit Forum Settings -> Forum Rules
